John Massey grew up in Scottsbluff, NE. After receiving his B.S. and J.D. Degrees from the University of Nebraska he returned to Scottsbluff to join the family insurance business. Massey has been licensed since 1983, and with the J.G. Elliott Insurance Company / Center since 1985.
